Just remember that when you run to cadence that you start with the left foot. Every time that you echo the cadence (the drill sargeant says it first and the platoon (you) call it back - you say the line as your left foot strikes the ground. Running to cadence is not only SUPER motivational, it adjusts your breathing and helps you find a great rhythm.
