All you need is a good pair of running shoes, start by running ladders then start pushing yourself further making your runs more difficult each time. some of my tips: 1.get your breathing right( in your nose out your mouth) 2. Keep your chest up good posture in running makes it easier. 3. if you can sing when your running you are not working your body hard enough, if you can talk that is fine. 4. when you get to the point that you feel as though you may die push through it that's when your body starts to really work, you then are burning pure fat.
